COMMUNITY REFERRALS

Communities throughout our nation have many non-profit groups and governmental agencies to assist women with unexpected pregnancies. Often, the challenge is navigating the maze of these resources for most people.

Birthline has a network of educational, financial and medical community resources. Our volunteers are familiar with the programs available and will assist each woman in finding the ones best suited for her needs.

PRACTICAL NECESSITIES

A great concern of bringing a new life into the world is providing for the necessities a child requires. Birthline seeks to help women with the resources of material goods. Birthline has an excellent support group which has provided our office with a variety of donated items.

CHOICES & FACTS
  • You have choices when you are facing an unplanned pregnancy.
You may be facing pressures from your partner, your family, or your friends. Or you may be on your own to decide whether you will carry to term and parent, carry and make an adoption plan for the baby, or terminate the pregnancy.

  • Your right to choose includes your right to know the facts. Each choice has difficult issues to work through. Before you choose, you deserve to have as much information as possible.

  • We believe your situation is unique and important. Our staff will listen to your concerns and provide you with accurate, current information to help you make an informed choice regarding your pregnancy. At your request, you can talk to women here about their personal experiences of unplanned pregnancy, the decisions they made and how those decisions have impacted their lives.

  • If you would like to talk with someone about your choices, please call Wellington Birthline today.
